Rotary Stage Thursday

Nila Moné

Nia Moné & The Moonraes is a genre-fluid music project led by Oklahoma City–based singer and creative director Nia Moné, blending alt-R&B, soul, indie rock, and electronic elements into emotionally rich, immersive performances. Known for her warm, expressive vocals and introspective songwriting, Nia creates music that explores love, self-reflection, and creative freedom with both vulnerability and intention. The project has been featured at notable events and stages including Norman Music Fest, curated arts showcases, and gallery-based performances, and most notably as an opening act for Grammy winning artist Lola Young; a milestone that reflects the project’s growing regional and national reach. With a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, community, and collaboration, Nia Moné & The Moonraes continue to build a world that prioritizes authenticity, connection, and artistic evolution over fitting neatly into any one genre or scene.
